COSMOS Flyer Bow Wire Guides are made of wear-resistant ceramics to guide wires passing through the flyer bow on pairing, tripling, bunching and twisting machines. They feature:

                            Diamond lapped working surface
                            Flat mounting
                            Sturdy construction                         

          They are depicted below and in subsequent pages in 3 - view drawings for clarity and details. All dimensions are in mm. Those denoted as "interchangeable" are proposed to replace existing bow guides to reduce weight or to improve their performance through the fitting of a new cap. COSMOS Flyer Bow Wire Guides are also available in semi-finished execution to a surface roughness of 0.25 - 0.5 microns, or 10 - 20 micro inches, considered the most cost effective for less critical applications.
