Roller Guides, Diamond Polished, Can Replace Bearing-Mounted Pulleys

           Roller Guides are Solid Ceramic Wire Guides, usually without bearing. They can replace bearing-mounted guide pulleys in less critical applications, hence reducing costs. In such applications where the wire traverses against a non-revolving wire guide surface, diamond lapping is crucial for satisfactory performance. For this reason, all COSMOS roller wire guides on inventory are diamond lapped. A selection of the more popular Roller Wire Guides is shown in the illustrations below.
